Marilyn Lott - Yellow Flowers
5 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
How yellow seems to be
The strongest of the flowers
At least it seems to me
Across country as I travel
The Sunflowers adorn
The roads along the side
Some bright and some forlorn
They’re brilliant and fresh
Where moisture is there
But where it is dry
They are parched and spare
They blend in with others
So well to me it seems
Like white pretty bushes
Along by the streams
I love the wild Sunflower
In all different sizes
The true yellow color
Has many surprises!
