We all want to feel safe and secure
One of the most important things
And at times it’s very difficult
For trouble is part of what life brings

And that, my friend is when we must
Ask God to show us the way
To trust in His love and guidance
So we can face each and every day

He brings us so much to be happy about
As He smiles constantly down on us
We take so much for granted though
And we need to make more of a fuss

Flowers in the spring and summer time
Offer precious beauty He presents
Fresh fruits and vegetables are
Special items that God has sent

We have to take time to look around
And find what will help us endure
Because God truly tries to keep us
Always safe and secure!
