Mariah Smith - Catching Sleep

i went to sleep tonight. thinking everything would be alright. i fell asleep, for a very long time, the good thing would be, nothings on my mind. i never said goodbye cause that night i might have cried. darkness is taking over now your loving someone else, but how? i broke your heart, promised you i'd never part. is it possible to have recovered so fast? if so, you may remove this mask. sorry just wouldnt be enough i left you hand-cuffed to face the storm in the roughest of rough. you say you cant take it, after all thses years how did you make it? theres nothing i could do, to make it up to you. if i fell asleep tonight, i'd wish that everything be alright. if its time you need, you wont have to plead. if you say goodbye ill be strong and wont cry. im going to sleep tonight, hopeing everything will turn out right.
