Picking a 12th seed to upset a fifth seed has always been a sexy choice for fans filling out their brackets, and history has shown why it's also smart pick. In the 2023 NCAA basketball tournament, these teams get a chance to break through and become the first No. 5 seed to win the national championship: Duke Blue Devils, Miami Hurricanes, St. Mary's Gaels and San Diego State Aztecs.
