I am living for ME! Me, me and only me
It does not mean I will no longer care about my fellow man or neglect his suffering
It does mean I will care for myself and look after my own suffering first
It does not mean that I will neglect my friends and not hear their cries of pain
It does mean that I will be my own best friend and heal my own pain first
It does not mean I will turn my back on those who want an ear to hear them
It does mean I will face myself and listen to my own inner voice
It does not mean I will not share what I have
It does mean I will first take what I need
It does not mean that I will be selfish or greedy or unkind or unloving
It does mean that only through looking after me first can I be a complete selfless, giving, kind and loving human being
It means that I can be truly ME
