Years from now, when the world witnesses humankind without love, respect and care, when robberies, blackmails and fraud spread from one country to another, and when the world is overrun by anarchy and terror, a general assembly of all nations gathers in 2032 and designs a plan known as the FTR (Follow The Rules) Project, which aims to end this chaos and provide a livable world to future generations by brainwashing them. As instructed by the general assembly, all children around the world begin to listen to a recording —provided by FTR— which is simply a collection of all the rules that should be followed to have a better world and a brighter future. Suddenly, the story focuses on a teenage boy who is as ordinary as his friends —until the night he can no longer listen to the recording.
