Maintain a healthy cash flow

Collect everything within sight. When you return to a city, sell all goods of value deconstruct those of none. Cook anything you can using ingredients you have collected. In cavs, delvs or mines make sure to open all chests, barrels and creates and dont forget to loot every dead body. Every quest should leave your inventory full, do not return from your ventures until it is. Make this your normal routine and you will never be short of gold. By level 50 or V1 you will have had enough gold pass through your hands to purchase a horse and all backpack/bank uprade spaces. This method has worked since TES: Arena and it works here too. By the time you finish your areas story line, all your skill lines (craft) should be at there maximum, you should have a fair ammount of lore books and almost all your areas skyshards.
