Lucknow DIG slaps elderly street vendor
Description
Lucknow, Feb 24 (ANI): The Deputy Inspector General of Lucknow has been caught on camera abusing and slapping a street vendor. The video of the incident has gone viral on social media embarrassing the Uttar Pradesh Government and the State Police department.
