Description
Love Song was one of the most charismatic Jesus music-rock bands of the seventies. Love Song was founded by Chuck Girard, Tommy Coomes, Jay Truax, and Fred Field in 1970. Additionally, the earliest members included David Ingram on keyboards, Ernie Earnshaw on drums and Jack Schaeffer on bass. It was Schaeffer who came up with the group's name. From their self-titled 1972 on the “Good News” label here is “Let Us Be One” written by Tom Coomes and features Chuck Girard on lead vocals.
