There's lots of debate online about diets and diet plans and there are literally 100's of different online diets from the well known Slimming World, Weight Watchers and Atkins Diets to some weird and wonderful alternative ones. This video is pretty much explaining that anyone with self control and dedication can lose a stone in a week. It really isn't rocket science but self control that is the key. There's no need to pay out stacks of cash for special diets. The basics are eat less calories than you burn and you will lose weight.

After you've lost the weight, it's obviously very important to carry on measuring your calorie intake and by incorporating exercise into your lifestlye has many additional benefits. You burn more calories so you can intake more, your body and organs will be fitter and above all you'll get your blood flowing which will make you feel happier.
