LONG LICENSING LINE

From as early as 11pm last night, drivers waited in line outside the San Fernando Licensing office .

All in an effort to ensure car inspections can be done, transfers are completed and any other outstanding service to avoid being ticketed, as government recently increased fines for certain traffic offences.
