The flash suppressor, the front sight, the barrel cooler, the outer barrel, the trigger, the dust cover, the rear sight rail and the stock slide were made out of aluminum alloy. The receiver and the most critical elements such as the bipod, all the pins, the transport handle, the barrel replacement mechanism and the trigger guard are made out of steel. The pistol grip, vertical grip and stock are made of plastic.
