Today’s featured work, [Lived Outline], was written based on the core theories of the prominent feminist phenomenologist Iris Marion Young: "The Phenomenology of Feminine Body Experience" and the "Subject of Living."

Iris Marion Young argued that women should move beyond viewing their bodies merely as "objects to be looked at" and instead become "Lived Bodies"—sovereign subjects who actively occupy and expand their space. This project captures moments of actively honing one's own presence within the most private and comfortable sanctuary of the home.

The line "My body, my move. I trace my own outline" is an existential declaration that one will not be confined to a frame defined by others. Furthermore, the expression "Nobody gets to trespass this effortless, quiet empire" sings of the sovereign dignity of a woman who has become the master of her space, designing her own life.
