Listen to Everything.

Listening is an important part in awakening. To listen is to be fully present in the now. Listen with your whole body not just your ears. Meaning take your awareness and focus to your body and listen to the external world. Also listen to what your body feels like and what kind of mind chatter is going on. Listening is a powerful teacher. When you listen, your are still, focused and aware. This has become one of my new ways to stay present through out the day. Its very simple and anyone can do it.

Eckhart Tolle has taught me to listen. I have learned more from listening to the audio book (the words and the silences), then getting the knowledge from listening to it. It has become a type of meditation.
