Lion: Powell, WY

Shocked to see this lion at Southside Park yesterday right next to the playground. He seemed pretty docile and didn't appear to be interested in either me or my dog. After about five-minutes, a frantic looking guy ran up to the big cat and put it on a leash. He quickly led it to a waiting vehicle and it hopped right in. He came back and offered me $300 to delete my video and not take any pictures of him or his SUV. I agreed to the latter for the stated sum but told him I would not give up my footage of the lion. Who was going to believe me without it? He tossed me the money and wasted no time vacating the area. I can say this much...he had Colorado plates. What the heck is going on down there, anyway? Legalized marijuana and slippery pet lions. What could possibly go wrong with that?
