In this video we explain our process for consumers. How you can order, how a quote is generated and how your roof is designed and fitted.

(0:14) - Simply send an enquiry through our website, leaving your contact details
(00:22) - Your enquiry will be picked up by a Leka office who will then contact you to understand exactly what it is you are looking for
(00:34) – Your enquiry is then assigned to a local certified installation company who will arrange a visitation
(00:44) – Your visit will be from a qualified sales professional capable of building a thorough and detailed quote
(00:54) – What to expect from a Leka certified sales professional
(01:00) – Firstly, they all undergo extensive training to fully understand the unique benefits of the system
(01:10) – Each superior layer of the Leka system is explained in detail to assist them in providing a tailored solution for the home owner.
(01:20) – Each Leka sales representative also receives a corner sample as part of a pack that they show in their meetings.
(01:31) - Finally, they are fully tested to ensure your knowledge of the system is of the highest standard.
(01:40) - After your meeting, the Leka sales professional will then supply a quote to you.
(01:48) – If you decide to proceed with the quote, an installers surveyor will arrange a visit to create a detailed specification.
(02:00) – The full specification of the roof is then provided to a certified fabricator to manufacture the roof components to exacting standards.
(02:09) – Next, the roofing system is designed by fabricators using specialised 3D software.
(02:16) – The system is then sent to the shop floor for measuring and cutting, and then packaging.
(02:25) – Next, your roofing system is readied for assembly and shipped out.
(02:33) – To ensure quality assurance installers will need to undertake an installation course.
(02:41) – All of our installers undergo intensive training delivered by our technical director before being tested and certified.
(02:50) – Your existing conservatory roof is dismantled and removed from site.
(02:58) – The GRP structure is erected and secured.
(03:05) – A high-grade pre-cut Celotex insulation is then inserted into your roof structure and taped.
(03:14) – External Leka sheets are then layered accordingly before a membrane is added.
(03:21) – The external Leka high grade membrane is then added onto the boards, your Leka system is now weather right.
(03:31) – Either a Metrotile or Tapco external tile finish is assembled.
(03:38) – Wiring for lights is run prior to the internal Leka sheers being fitted
(03:45) Congratulations! You now have a brand new, long-lasting and lightweight, Leka warm roofing system!
