God has a sense of humor
and today
He laughs at me
echoing careful what you ask for
but He knew I wouldn't believe
everything connected
before full circle I'll split
always some other explanation
even though he's been with me
through all of it
double entendre' and mirrors
but only with light can it reflect
eventually reach out in the darkness
illusions cannot be grasped
what is less than a vapor disappears
then walks in the truth
unmatched by any reflection
metaphorically my noose
legs don't fail me now
I'm not ready for this
somewhere someone laughs hysterically
at the schlemiels misconceptions
