Lasik eye surgery

LASIK (Laser in situ Keratomileusis) surgery is used for correction of vision by reshaping the cornea in people who suffer from nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.
They eye’s cornea has to bend the light rays properly to focus images on the retina. When there is a difference in the shape of the cornea (curvature) and length of the eye, the light rays are not focused properly resulting in blurred images.
