In 2011 Los Angeles is a City in Crisis. Prisons are filled to the brim while new police recruits are few and far between. One man has a revolutionary idea to solve both problems at the same time. LAPDAWGZ is a comedy cop series which follows the exploits of Lieutenant Raymond Chandler and his partner Lawanda Skendarian as they sift through the refuse on the mean streets of Los Angeles while simultaneously training many of the lowlifes that they apprehend to help them police.
