Since the beginning of man humans have had a close bond with the earth, the land and the nature. We now face an uncertain future because we have all but forgotten that this bond is a sacred one that assures our mutual survival. The short nature film is accompanied by ancient Icelandic viking poems as the vikings recognized the importance of this bond. The grim warriors of the past told about their connection, gratitude and love for the land in strong, emotional verses. The historic past of the nature pictured on the film will be animated (animation artist, Sylwester Mazurek, Polen).
