KSP - First Flights With a Joystick

I got a Logitech Extreme 3D Pro (ooh fancy name for that) joystick today. First thing I do is attempt to fly the Strikebreaker 23: http://www.mediafire.com/view/8j4hpyf6al748hq/Strikebreaker%2023.craft

Apologies for video being a bit screwed up near the end, I can't figure out what's causing that but it won't go away and is very annoying, cheers.
