Kofta Aloo Curry

Koftas are spicy meatballs cooked in a curry sauce. They can be served with naan, paratha, rice, or roti.

Aloo Kofta Curry
Ingredients:
For Kofta (Meat Balls)
- Beef qeema 16 oz
- Onion 1
- Green chillies 2
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Gram masala powder 1tsp
- Salt to test

For Curry
Ingredients:
- Potato 1
- Onion 1(medium)
- Tomato 1
- Oil 1 cup
- Garlic 1 tbs
- Ginger 1 tbs
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin & coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Salt to test
