KNOW OR NO PARKING

The world is a strange place and it is full of strange people. So one fine evening, while I was returning from office, what do I find? Someone had just covered the NO PARKING signboard and cars were parked with all these. Even though I removed it after shooting the video, the next day it was put on again by some gentleman.
