The Knicks took a 3-1 series lead after pulling off the largest comeback in NBA Finals history in Game 4. Down 29 points, New York stormed back to win 107-106 on OG Anunoby's tip-in with 1.2 seconds left. Charles Barkley called the Spurs "the dumbest basketball team in the history of civilization."
