People have been extolling the virtues of the new features that we introduced on this series. These were the extra security flap and larger cut out round the four way button to improve access that we covered in our previous video.

We have also been receiving favourable comments about the overall quality and finish of the cases. The grade of leather used, even stitching and attention to detail have also been praised. All of these views are great to hear and justify the time that was spent in the design phase in order to get it right.

The customer reviews process is of vital importance to our whole design and manufacturing procedure. Any manufacturer that does not listen to its customer feedback is on a downward spiral. We pay particular attention to customer reviews and then, importantly, feed the information back into the manufacturing process. This allows us to react to requests for new features and also allows us to pick up any small issues that can be rectified with a design alteration. The result is products that constantly evolve and gain improvements over the course of time.
