Kim Hooten - Sick

I am sick of this life and all pain it causes.
I am sick of this pain and all of these losses.
I am sick of these losses and all of these tears.
I am sick of these tears and the shame of my fears.
I am sick of the shame and the hurt and the needs.
I am sick of the breaking and taking an pleads.
I am sick of this heart set to break at a touch.
I am sick of this soul that does not add to much.
I am sick of this face that has gotten me spurned.
I am sick of these lessons I'm supposed to have learned.
I am sick of the way I get stabbed in the back.
I am sick of the way I seem always to lack.
I am sick of trying to live up to you,
So I'll just forget it, give up, I'm through.
