Kenneth Caron Jr. - The Road

Making the trip on this long road
Knowing the destination is many miles away
Trying to survive the journey the best I can
Grasping the wheel at ten and two
Making sure to keep my mind focused
Realizing one mistake can end it all
Seeing what Ive seen and knowing what I know
Can steer me straight along the dashed line
But also could leave me stranded and alone
Through all the planning and the prep
You can never know what lies ahead
All you can do is hold on and ride it out
