Incidentally, this was our first mounted shooting event and we really didn't know what to expect nor did we know where the horse and rider would be going, on the course. The set-up of the camera wasn't ideal but due to the layout of the arena and adjoining pens, there was no place else to go! We had discussed using a camera jib to get above the posts but there was concern that it would negatively affect the horses.

Apparently, and according to everyone at the event, this quality of footage has never before been seen at an event such as this, not even at the championships! So, enjoy watching this spectacular sport shot with the award winning camera work for which we are known. (winner of the 2008 AVA Gold award for excellence in camera work and production)
