keema paratha banane ke liye, mutton keema ko piyaz, lal mirch powder, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala aur namak ke sath paka liya jata hai. fir, paratha ke do plateon ke bich keema bharne ke liye ek rolling pin ka upyog kiya jata hai. plateon ko ek sath bandh diya jata hai aur fir ek paratha banane ke liye roll kiya jata hai. paratha ko ek tawa per paka liya jata hai jab tak ki yah golden brown aur bhunna nahin ho jata.
keema paratha ek swadisht aur puraskar prapt bhojan hai jiska anand aksar parivar aur mitron ke sath liya jata hai. yah ek sthaniya bhojan hai jiska swad aapko kabhi nahin bhul jaega.
