KDE Joyce - Why?

Did I do something wrong?
This pain has been here for so long.
Is there something wrong with me?
I don't understand, this is my plea.

The pain that I have endured,
The feelings that will never be cured.

Mending these wounds would take a life time,
The damage done to me should be considered a crime.

Though I am young I have the mind of an elder,
My heart, beat up like the hands of a welder.

My life seems to be somewhat of a lie,
The moments that make me feel the need to cry,
The times where I just want to die,
The only question I can ask is-Why?
