Sean Joyce - Why Me

My specialist has found a spot
and it’s on a vital organ, And
yes I know they are all vital
but this one more than most

Such a little speck she said
You will think that it’s absurd
Such a little thing she said
but she could not say the word

Friends have been around
some whispering occurred
They ask me how I feel and
some history was inferred

Now things will have to change
this upsets the applecart
now that tiny specks of poetry
have been found upon my heart
