You taken me into your home, and I survied.
You kept me fed and asked for nothing.
You are a true friend, and I'm not bluffing.

We all call you Mom, but none mean it like I.
We've set and had talks, at times even cried.
We've had our fights, but all friends do.
If I got into trouble, I could always count on you.

You've been through tough times since the begining of this year.
But you know that if you ever need a shoulder to cry on, I'm right here.
I love you with all my heart because you're so kind.
No matter what happens you'll stay in my heart and mind.
