What does this huge, lengthy word mean?
Means a lot in our daily life’s scene
A gentle taking care of health
Or just saving his cruelly earned wealth?

Abstemious means one who restrict
From enloying by eating and having drink
We are made to live and enjoy
We know we come with nothing and go with nothing

Nor it is what we mean by fashion
If you believe your dearly life trashens
Living is the only joy
And having it you should not ask why?

Nor by dieting or by being abstemious
You can become thin nor enjoy thus…
