Justice Owusu-Hienno is an expert in supply chain management who is currently based in the Beaverton, Oregon area. His extensive educational experience combined with his professional experience, Justice has been able to successfully streamline supply chain processes in every role he has held. Justice received his MBA from the University of Mary Washington in 2009 and his Masters of Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan in 2010.

He began his career in his native country of Ghana as an Estate Manager at Central University College, where he implemented a process to reduce inefficiencies, resulting in saving the University $50k annually. Justice decided to move to the US to continue his education, during which he began working in the technology industry at Micron Technology. Here, he held the role of Project Assistant where he was responsible for tracking projects to ensure smooth execution. He was also responsible for monthly budget tracking and building relationships with stakeholders as well as project investors.

In 2010, Justice Owusu-Hienno began his career at Intel as a Global Commodity Manager. In this role, he executed different sourcing strategies to improve the balance between the internal needs and corporate business goals. A major part of his job was supplier management, which involved developing and implementing strategies with suppliers and supplier report cards. He regularly identified different inefficiencies in the supply chain and creating different cost saving opportunities. Justice also furthered his experience by initiating and executing high value lean six sigma supply chain projects.

After spending 3 years as a Global Commodity Manager, Justice accepted a different role at Intel as a Senior Procurement Contracts Manager. In this role, he has developed the Construction Services Strategic Sourcing Plan and is part of the corporate supplier management team. This team is responsible for Intel’s strategic Design Builders and regularly works with a budget of $1B. He continues to expand his knowledge of all aspects of the supply chain management field.

When Justice is not working, he enjoys watching sports like soccer and college football. He is also passionate about technology and volunteering in his local community.
