Julie Dant - Solemn Relics
3 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
Forlorn and sad and slowly fading
I am reminded of old times past
And of the memories that lie awaiting.
To search for, discover, and explore
Old SOLEMN RELICS such as these
Is like a soothing balm unto my soul
I am at rest-my soul’s appeased.
A revelation, then-an epiphany
I quite welcome these sensations
For I have known each old house
In lifetimes past-in old relations.
And as a siren, they beckon me
I’ve been lost too long at sea.
I ‘m welcomed home and would settle here
Where I belong-where I should be.
