JUDGE CLARIFIES RULING REGARDING CoP ORDER 2021

There was a development overnight with regard to the one aspect of the High Court Judge's ruling yesterday which invalidated two Acting Police Commissioner appointments.

And the ruling may have averted an appeal by the Attorney General's Office with regard to the Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Police Selection Process Order, 2021 .
