John Dempsey - the quickie

my sister and brother were in the parking lot, waiting,
the car running and

she got up to lock the door while
I
unrolled the condom

and as I fell into bed
she
pulled off her pants

she got on top-
a few minutes
of warm weather
in winter-

and after
we
got off
she said, “You know I’m taking that last bar of xanax.”
