Joel Thomas started bodysport at a young age with gymnastics at school. He soon appreciated his natural talent for strength and athleticism, moving on to wrestling, football, coaching and powerlifting. He really found his calling with bodybuilding.

Mr Thomas is a top ranking national level amateur competitor in the NPC. As his website says, “Joel racked up hundreds of medals and trophies.”
