I don’t see you everyday
And yet I know you are still here
In my heart and in my mind
Everyday I don’t get to see you or talk to you
I wish you were here
I tell you everything
And no matter what
You are always there to listen
You console me in my time of need
And it means more to me than anything else in the world
You seem to understand me better than anyone else
And you always know just what to say
When I am lost for words

You are always there for me with a shoulder to cry on
Or open arms when I just need someone to hug
And I can’t find the words to express my gratitude
You have become my rock and my best friend
You were there when I had no one else to turn too
And you have already saved me more than you even know
You are my guardian angel
I know you would never let anything happen to me
I have never met anybody like you
You are absolutely one of a kind

When I got to my lowest point
You were the one to bring me back up
You can raise my spirits faster than anyone
And it really doesn’t take much
Just one of your quick witted jokes or
Even hearing you laugh
Seems to make everything better

You have become the sister I always wanted but never had
The one person that everybody needs in his or her life
I consider you my family
I am closer to you than anyone else
You are my sister, my best friend and my angel
I love you
