Jim Pfeffer on Protecting the Missouri Stem Cell Amendment
49 Views • Aug 14, 2009
Description
Ask Jim Pfeffer, a Kansas City tennis pro who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. His disease is in the early stages, and he isn't sure what the future holds.
"If the Stem Cell Amendment were repealed, patients like myself would have to go out of state for [stem cell therapies] or may not receive treatment altogether," he says in this new two-minute video. "I don't think it is fair to have treatments in other states and not in Missouri."
