Beautiful thought
I had.
Beautiful thought
I dreamed.

Beautiful thought,
pulled from obscurity
dwells in me.

Beautifully aching,
testing limits of control
pushing,
assaulting my conscience,
taking its toll.

Beautiful thought
I had.
Beautiful thought
I dreamed.

This thought
that plagues, torments,
over joys, frees me
perhaps is
key.

This thought that came
of love inspiring love
came gently, softly,
slowly, costly
it may be
beauty

That inspires an artist
in his craft,
or humor that
inspires one
to laugh.

Perhaps intrigue
inspires one
to learn.

But love,
only love,
inspires love
in return.

Beautiful thought
I had.
Beautiful thought
I dreamed.

That love given
has inspired
me.
