There is a reason
dirt flows through
my veins.

Head pounds
heart bleeds.

There is a reason
men walk
on shameful canes.

Murder
just tall weeds.

There is a reason
written in the
ripping of the day,
The continuation
of our way.
Deeds.

There is a reason
we walk on cement streets,
not stroll grassy lanes.

There is a reason
we should fight to change.
