Jeffrey Dahmer's former residence

This video was taken and put together September 8, 2014. This is where the Oxford Apartments stood, the former home of Jeffrey Dahmer.

The apartments were tore down in November, 1992.

Also included is video footage of the intersection of 25th and State, where a bleeding and incoherent Konerak Sinthesophone was seen by 2 women roaming around, and the phone booth they used to call authorities to report the situation.
