Several companies have offered Nano Bubble equipment for the application of chemicals, unfortunately they have adapted the new technology to old machines, using washing machines that do not offer the desirable conditions or environment fore a successful application.

JEANius offers a new design that addresses all those issues:

New EGG shape drum, creating distance between the location where the garments are located and the front and back walls, eliminating undesirable friction.
Injectors are mounted on a concave door, increasing the distance from the nozzles to the area where the garments are rotating, allowing the Nano Bubbles to move freely around the garments before drum saturation.
Especially design beaters and drum shape that allow the garment to be circulated from front to back continuously, to eliminate the uneven chemical abortion within the load.
Especially designed double circulation system, it control the equal distribution of the chemical front to back and side to side.
