an absence felt, a yearning known
just knowing
I was born to love you

Abstracts of thoughts and memories
how can it be?
I don't know you
yet miss you, with a growing hunger
come fill my void

I hear your voice in the scents of summer
I feel your presence in the very core of my soul
I know you are there
I am in chrysalis
waiting for your energy to find me and claim me
