JAPAN - A look back

Back in 2011, I contacted people from the areas affected by the Tsunami in Sendai and the nuclear accident in Fukushima. Back then, Mr Takao Hirano from Fukushima and Mr Toshiaki Hayakawa from Sendai, both expressed their helplessness and uncertainty about the events that were unfolding back then.
