Description
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pamela_Jagne - The Jagne family is an infamous activist campaign family that takes their role in there community of Spanish Harlem, New York very seriously. For generations they’ve campaigned for better access to information about Afro-Latino culture in the United States and the Caribbean. Their work as a family, has bared some fruit: several charter schools in the area have adopted a lesson plan with expanded information on the history of countries like the Dominican Republic and Cuba. 2nd and 3rd generations have also become advocates for raised cultural awareness of the contributions by the Afro-Latino community in American society and culture.
