It’s me again with another challenge!
Let’s see how your hip mobility is doing today.

Start in a deep squat, then place your hands behind your head… and try to touch the floor with your elbows.
If you can do it - your hip mobility is amazing.
But I’ll be honest: even for me, it’s not that easy.

So let’s work on our hip mobility together.
Here’s the 90–90 position, and we’re going into a drop 90–90.
From this position, you can do so many great exercises to improve your hips.

So take it, save it, repeat it - and keep practicing!
