Orphaned of both father and mother, the young Ayame Yokobori faces her daily life as a high school student with the energy of the promise made to her dying mother to continue her journey alone.
Subjected to doubt and then despair, Ayame will end up discovering, through the past of three women including her mother, her destiny through time and these three stories.
