Irrefutable proof that our washing machine is faulty

To fully interpret the video it is important to watch the digital timer countdown in the top right hand corner of the picture. As you can see, the washing machine clearly stops with around 45 minutes left to go through in the program. Any attempt to restart the program afterwards is rejected by the machine, which fails to start up again. Lastly, using information from the Zanussi engineers, the Ed4 error code is clearly revealed, showing that the washing machine has an problem with one of the circuit boards, or with the dryers heating element.
